If someone claims to be "Hyperliquid support" via DM and asks for those, it is a scam. For account issues with the real product, use only the official channels linked from app.hyperliquid.xyz.

To help us respond quickly and usefully, please include:

• The page URL your message relates to (if any).
• A clear description of the issue, correction or question.
• For corrections: a link to the official source that supports the fix, where possible.

Please do not send private keys, seed phrases, passwords, screenshots of recovery phrases, or any other secret. We do not want them and we cannot use them.
